New Year Revolutions
Today will be my first day on starting a low carb diet. I need to lose weight, since I gained a bunch of weight from being in a car accident and having mono for months. However, my other motivation to diet is because I have adrenal fatigue. Cutting out carbs will help me with my adrenal fatigue and become an overall healthier person. I am excited to start my diet, but will be very troubled not be able to eat carbs. Has anybody successfully lost weight and keep it off from a low carb diet? And if so, I would love any suggestions and tips you have for me.
